Are these heads trash?

Trying to make space in the garage, I have these turbo heads that have scratches on the cam journals. The cams look bad as well. Are there any reasonable options to save these things? Or, as I expect, are they trash?

I guess, same question for the cams, too, but I expect the same answer and I’m much less concerned about them.
